Abstract

This paper is a first step for a dissertation on the methods of governing and managing projects of system integration, avoiding common pitfalls and proposing a new way of considering such projects' lifecycle. In this work Authors propose an overview of common issues in complex IT projects underlining the most critical aspects and proposing simple solutions based on experiences and studies made on big System Integration projects involving international companies.
