We propose a mobile-based marketing information management system that a fingerprint be stored in the smart card chip to authentication users in wireless communication for inter-domain off-line roaming environment. For a secure payment method uses in card transactions over open network. It gives opportunities to recognize individual clients' preferred page sequences and, via a cookie, present information pages to them in a personalized way. Therefore, the marketer interacts with Mobile users in a nonlinear way. We study consumer and business needs in the online environment and figure out how to meet these needs better than competitors. The first step is to know who our end customers and our prospects are and then to learn as much about them as possible. The next step is to design a marketing mix that provides value. Our proposed protocol also offers perfect forward secrecy, which protects past sessions and passwords against future compromises.
