Abstract

To support Life Cycle Management a basic model for the creation of a structured product family is presented and examples are given. The concepts of a novel Dynamic Modularisation method, Metrics for Modularisation and Design for Configurability are presented. Life Cycle of the Modular System, LCMS, as a part of the measurement system for the evaluation of Modularization has been developed.
