Abstract

Using a non-Shannonian approach, on the basis of only the concept of matter, we exposed the structure and infrastructure of the concept of information in general and of video-information in particular as measures of physical and structural properties of material objects forming video-informational fields that provide transition of video-information in the space-time and interaction of a video-sensor with the real world. We show that the video-information is the full tensor of energy-impulse of the physical and structural components of matter in the Minkowsky space. The representation of the real world in the video-sensor space, which is formed by the "visual" interaction-measuring, i.e., evaluation of the information, is the minimal (among possible space-time alternatives) informational composition of measurable structures reflecting the development of united physical-geometrical scale of measurement (thesaurus) of the video-sensor.
