Abstract

In the last few years there is an expanding interest with respect to get a better understanding of the real value supplied by a software product to the customer. This value should be maximized. Changes that are taking place in technology and society are influencing how the product value is perceived. These changes include issues such as the growing penetration of software in our lives, how the concept of software product is evolving derived from new paradigms such as the Internet and software services or even ERPs, new customer expectations, and so on.
