Abstract

Value-based Software Engineering relies on involving important stakeholders at all levels because their individual needs and preferences determine project success and value. Therefore, the value of products will depend on subjective preferences of the stakeholder. The focus of our work is the use of a term from Social Media context, such as IOR (Impact of Relationships) for deriving the product value from the customer value, in a context of SPL development.
