A library has a lot of databases from which information can be extracted. The data retrieved is superficial and tells about the transactions of library. The library circulation data does not tell much about the relationship between the users based on their issued books. The intention of this paper is to find a way to develop communities based on issue pattern and find its application to library to know how many similar users are there and which type of books a particular group of users prefers to read. It forms a community based on relationships among the library users and books and visualize the relationship through a graph to present the extracted information more effectively.
