Abstract

The electron transport across a single potential barrier under the influence of a high-frequency scalar electric potential and strong electromagnetic vector potential is investigated. The scalar potential modulates the barrier height and generates the higher order harmonics. The strong vector potential modifies the barrier profile and its transmittance.
