Computon is a concept to denote the bundle of processing power, storage, and bandwidth that can be sold and consumed. In this paper, the method to form the computon is suggested, and how to set the weight which is the key factor to form the computon is also been researched. At the last part of this paper, it suggests the processes to charge the resource users and to allocate the revenue to the resource providers.
