Abstract

This paper aims at presenting the most important legislation in EU and Romania regarding the activities from different sectors through computer systems. In the last decades information technology has experienced a fantastic development. Apparently, this evolution has determined complex consequences in the legal field as well, given that the access and use of information technology have created new rights and obligations for the beneficiaries of this technical progress.
