Abstract

In many wireless applications feedback does exist and Channel State Information (CSI) can be made available at the transmitter. The question, then, is how to take profit of this information to globally optimize the transmission system. In this paper we seek to maximize the data throughput of a power constrained transmitter sending data over a fading channel. The transmitter has a fixed amount of maximum power level to send data. Our goal is the Development of a method of adaptation of power transmission which maximizes the throughput of the systems that have multi-carrier for OFDM modulation in a downlink transmission.
