The creative process can help to create innovative and growing development of software (SW) and information technology (IT). By improving the knowledge we create trust in the effectiveness of the preventative measures system in medicine. Spiral model development concept of multimedia application is very dynamic regarding the education in medicine, where the regulation share is the essential part of each educational process. With the spiral model our work can be structured very clearly through next steps: analysis, specification, design, implementation, testing, integration and maintenance. The spiral model development concept was presented on the example of e-materials for the respiratory physiology and pathophysiology study. The results were analyzed and a new step of prototype development was designed on the basis of questionnaires. Testing and implementation in the medical environment were carried out. The spiral model development concept of multimedia application can create all needed conditions for the effective spiral evolution of IT for the constant and permanent improvement of the communication between a patient and the medical staff.
