Current reliable strategies for information security are all chosen using incomplete information. With standards available, problems resulting from incomplete information can be decreased; because using standards, we can reduce the number of choices and simplify the process for reliable supply and demand decision-making. In this paper we proposed a program for training and education of information security management system (ISMS) certification auditors with the aim to promote the quality of auditing tasks.
