Abstract

This paper tries to present some findings in governments' investments in the process of technological innovation. We start from the main premise that investing in R&D is seen as a driver for the process of technological innovation. We discuss the case of Romania by comparing its situation with other developed countries and we indicate the actual lines of acting in order to talk about technological innovation.
