Abstract

This work aims at additive watermark detection using a hierarchical prior with two levels in the DWT (Discrete Wavelet Transform) domain. Using this prior we construct a new test statistic which exhibits comparable performance with regard to other state of the art methods. The experimental results on known watermark images demonstrates the high detection sensitivity of the proposed prior in the transform domain along with its improved robust properties.
