Abstract

In the current work the distance between computer science theory and the reality that goes around the terms "computer science" and "systems" is measured. It will be seen how due to the aesthetic factors of a management system's interface, directors often make decisions that negatively affect for a period the functioning of centennial companies devoted to quality textile production in the cotton sector. Additionally, the details of the Lombardy textile world where human factors prevail over the new technologies will be discussed as an example. Finally, a heuristic and diachronic analysis will make plain the mechanisms used for continuous computer sabotage within a network of European industries, who invoice to each other yearly a six-digit figure in euros.
