Abstract

This paper describes the use of the IntJSM method for the following medical tasks: (1) predicting highly pathogenic types of the human papilloma viruses (HPV) according to the cytological results from the examination of smears (at the Department of Clinical and Laboratory Diagnostics of the Russian Medical Academy for Post-Graduate Education); (2) diagnosing two eye diseases: degenerative retinoschisis and hereditary vitreoretinal dystrophy (at the Laboratory of Clinical Vision Physiology at the Helmholtz MRI for Eye Diseases); (3) diagnosing systemic lupus erythematosus (at the Nephrological Department of the Botkin Municipal Clinical Hospital); (4) forecasting total lifespan based on an analysis of clinical and laboratory data (at the Blokhin Russian Oncological Center of the RAMS).
