An institution which provides e-education system is central to its ability to gain competitive advantage. High performance of e-education system will increase the organizational value in general and to ensure that, performance review is essential. The purpose of this study is to review the performance e-education system in Malaysia by using an appropriate framework as a basis. The objectives are inclusive of measuring the success and effectiveness of the implemented e-education system. Quantitative and qualitative method is use in this study to assess the implemented e-education system. This study had shown the implementation performance of e-education system with 75% rate of success and effectiveness. It is also concluded that the positive result gained from the survey is supporting the IS continuance which is very important variable in evaluating the e-education system.
