Nowadays telecom services, has provides facilitate communications between humans in the world and is obviously that will grow in future. In this paper introduce a new method for international communication via language translation with telecom services and mobile networking. So, the network that is introduced here based on mobile network technology and called translation network or TNET in this paper. TNET using the communication infrastructures and translations work will do. In this paper for introduce TNET don't peruse about telecom technologies and mobile networks methods or respective protocols and indeed there are this facilities. So, general mobile networks method and their components for access to TNET are discussed in this paper. TNET is a kind of network based on mobile network so that users of this network with use their mobile phone can translate their language to any other language and translate any other language to their language. So, translation is done with TNET that of course based on telecom services and mobile networks technologies.
