Abstract

In recent time, researchers have investigated the problems of radio resource allocation in Long-Term Evolution (LTE) Downlink and have made useful contributions. In the current work, a deterministic dynamic programming based technique is proposed for optimal allocation of radio resource in the downlink of a multiuser LTE Cellular Systems. The objective is to maximise instantaneous channel throughput through optimal allocation of radio resource. The proposed model was simulated on a Personal Computer using C# programming language. It is shown that the proposed technique maximises instantaneous channel throughput through optimal allocation of Resource Blocks (RBs).
