In this Paper we describe a simple and effective method to track hand motion and recognize the gesture type. We uses a table which employs rear projection technology as the display device. A camera is placed over the table in order to capture players' hands' image sequences while they are playing this game. We also develop a game named TreeHeaven to test our method. Experimental results demonstrate that the interaction method in TreeHeaven provided players interesting game experiences.
