Abstract

In recent years, the variety of products and processes in the automotive and supplier industry has increased significantly. This has intensified the discussion about the practical applicability of quality and process management. Based on the interpretation of organizations as living, social, technical and economic structures, this evaluation provides one exemplary solution to the plight of the suitability, adequacy, effectiveness and reputation of quality/process management.
