Abstract

This study considers aspects of conceptualization in linguistic ontologies, i.e., ontologies where the concepts are closely related to the meanings of linguistic units and domain terms. The main difficulties regard the complexity of splitting sets of semantically similar word meanings into classes of discrete conceptual units.
