Abstract

The paper describes the parallel ant-based vehicle navigation algorithm adapted to run on GPUs. Experiments performed on realworld data show, that this new algorithm is more efficient and gives as good results as its predecessors. The algorithm's performance scales while growing up the number of GPUs' multiprocessors so it seems to be well designed for parallelization.
