Abstract

The paper discusses "crowdwriting" approach as its main purpose is the use of open network community potential for laws and regulations improvement. As an initial document for our platform WikiVote any law or regulation can be used. The solution combines features of crowdstorming and crowdproduction. As the result of the participants' efforts the document is improved as it accumulates knowledge and practical experience of the community. Crowdwriting approach and WikiVote platform are used actively by Russian Government nowadays.
