Abstract

This paper describes the HGIP initiative to equip Haitian government with an integrated system to monitor reconstruction efforts and improve governance. In its current status, this IDB funded project is seeking to integrate various systems and databases running in the ministries into one platform. Besides project description, this work also intends to make a success/failure factors analysis.
