Abstract

Genetic algorithm, as a global optimization method, has attracted considerable attention and been applied successfully in many domains. Using rough classification method, propose a kind of fuzzy genetic algorithm to deal with the problem with fuzzy fitness value and point out how to implement it as well. Then consider its convergence using Markov chain theory and analyze its performance through simulation. All these indicate that this kind of algorithm is of feasibility, operability and could be widely used in many problems.
