Abstract

In order to point out the best utility of product, with the help of questionnaire, marketers need to clearly understand the preference and choice of the consumers. However, this preference may depend of a lot of parameters and it may difficult for the marketers to be sure of the consistency of consumer's responses. If consumers could receive a feedback or compare their results with other consumers, it will help the marketers to get more precise analysis' results. This paper proposes to construct a web-based Interactive Spiral Questionnaire based on Conjoint Analysis with Stepwise Refinement and Personal Diagnosis helping for Social Norm Comparison.
