This paper analyzes a finite buffer steady state queueing system for three heterogeneous servers. The jobs are coming in the system according to a Poisson distribution with mean rate λ and service times are exponentially distributed with different mean values. It is assumed that if the servers were busy, incoming jobs would wait in the queue and maximum queue size will be finite. One example of this situation is, routers of different speeds serving the incoming packets in a network.
