Fuzzy Multiple Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) has been widely used in evaluating and ranking weapon systems characterized by fuzzy assessments with respect to multiple criteria. However, most criteria have interdependent or interactive characteristic so weapon system cannot be evaluated by conventional evaluation methods. In this paper, a new method based on trapezoidal fuzzy AHP and fuzzy Integral is proposed. The ratings of criteria performance are described by linguistic terms expressed in trapezoidal fuzzy numbers. The weights of the criteria are obtained by trapezoidal fuzzy AHP. And the hierarchical fuzzy integral model is proposed based on λ -fuzzy measure and Sugeno integral to determine the synthesis evaluation of weapon system. Finally, an example of evaluating the best main battle tank is given. The results demonstrate the engineering practicability and effectiveness of this method.
