Quality plays an important role in developing software products. In the present global economic scenario, industry is giving at most importance to the quality software products. In this context, performance, which is an important quality attribute, is no exemption. Object oriented approach has been widely used in Industry. Exploiting features of UML makes software development easy. In this paper, we present a method for the performance assessment early in the life cycle, before the design phase. We exploit features of UML based object-oriented approach. We propose an algorithm to transform requirements into Software execution model (EG), which is useful in performance assessment. The input graph for this EG, Actor-event graph (AEG), is also discussed. The model then solved and the results are presented for a case study on Web Applications.
