Abstract

Grid can realize the share of computing resource, storage resource, information resource, knowledge resource and expert resource through Internet. Simulation Grid, which integrates grid technology and modeling/simulation technology, will greatly promote the development of SBA (Simulation-Based Acquisition) supporting environment and become an important tool for the modeling and simulation of complex systems. GLOBUS Project is the most representative grid research project and the Simulation Grid Architecture was build on the base of GLOBUS Toolkit so that all kinds of simulation resources can be shared and reused provided as simulation grid services. Implement technique and research status of the Simulation Grid architecture are presented in this paper in detail.
