In this paper, we present a composition framework of web components that can be used to specify and implement composition process of web components based on organization. We first , discuss the principle and process of web components in terms of organization/role. Then We present a conceptual framework for web components composition that incorporates the specification of global organizational characteristics with individual aims and capabilities .The framework consists of three interrelated models each describing different aspects of composition framework. The organizational model describes web component group with respect to roles, constraints and interactions rules. The social model populates the group with actual web components that realize the objectives of the group by enacting role(s) described in the organizational model. the interaction model describes the interaction commitments between those web components . Finally ,we make a comparison between this framework with others.
