Abstract

Considered model of blood cells production and regulation under the action of growth factors consists of a system of ordinary differential equations with delays Six methods for solution of such systems are experimentally compared XPPAUT, a software tool that brings together various algorithms and provides means for visualisation of the solution, is used for this purpouse The computing times and the quality of the solution are analyzed with the help of test data for red blood cells.
