Sensor network should have a lifetime long enough to satisfy the moving object tracking system. There are many mechanisms of energy conservation to improve lifetime of network. At a general classification, these techniques are duty cycling and data-driven approaches. This paper main investigates a routing algorithm, it can reduce energy consumption and take long lifetime of sensor nodes. Our algorithm is called sensor on demand betweenness vector(SOBV). SOBV based on the characteristics of network topology. The betweenness is one of the properties of network models.
