Abstract

One of the main features of modern complex technical systems (CTS) is the variability of their parameters and structures as caused by objective and subjective factors at different phases of the CTS life cycle. In other words we always come across the CTS structure dynamics in practice. Under the existing conditions the increment (stabilization) of CTS potentialities or reducing of degradation necessitate the control of CTS structures (including the control of structures reconfiguration). The aim of this investigation is to develop principles, models, methods and algorithms for the CTS structure dynamics control.
