Abstract

This paper proposes a methodological approach for process evaluation in health care system. This methodology allows conceiving a software environment which is an integrated set of tools and methods organized in order to model and evaluate complex health care system as a Supply Chain. The proposed methodology is applied in New Hospital of Estaing (NHE).
