Abstract

This paper is aimed to the problems which have been recently faced by the authors and still remains unsolved. These difficulties and dilemmas lead to the several hypotheses but without rigorous mathematical proofs. The problems mentioned in this brief paper should be solved by skilled mathematicians and physicists. Even though it is highly possible that similar mathematical models and associated tasks will be unfolded in many other scientific disciplines.
