The aim of the paper is to present a special class of functions which satisfy l-stable property which is similar to C1,1 property. We also show some applications in scalar and vector nonsmooth optimization. The class of l-stable functions turned out to be a suitable relaxation of C1,1 property in connection with second-order optimality conditions.
