To satisfy increasing mobile data requirement of mobile devices, WLAN can be considered as one of best complementary access technologies for cellular. WLAN can support high data rates but have limited service coverage, bringing about more handover situation. So Handover management is still one of the key challenging subjects to be solved for service continuity in wireless network. In this paper, we propose an efficient handover scheme for seamless connectivity in wireless LAN environments by IEEE 802.21 MIH respect. We assume that the mobile node can decide the best target network when considering signal strength with next candidate network information which received from MIH Information server. Proposed scheme was evaluated in real environment which consists of WLAN APs, and demonstrate that it can provides seamless connectivity.
