Data Integration (DI) aims to combine heterogeneous distributed information and provide integrated interfaces for accessing such information. DI is a complex process and its quality may be difficult to assess. This paper aims to determine and improve DI quality by presenting an ontology-based quality framework focusing on the users' requirements, extended with quality criteria and factors defined specifically in the DI context.
