Abstract

The rapid growth of computer networks using the internal processes of the Governments, the provision of government goods, services for citizens and industry encourages us to have to develop an electronic voting system, which is expected to replace the traditional voting system (paper and pencil system) and become the first package e-democracy services provided by the e-government. new e-voting system is refers to the various issues of electronic voting system, such as ensuring privacy and anonymous to ensure voter next election process from malicious practices. System introduces the application of national public key system with smart card technology, which allows you to communicate with voters in the area of mobility. The system requires no special voting channel, while there may be communication via all public networks like the Internet.
