Abstract

In this paper, we first provide an example illustrating the operation of a knowledge-based ISDN workstation. Next, we discuss in detail the knowledge-based system and operating system requirements. After specifying the requirements, we describe the proposed knowledge based system and operating system architectures for the workstation. Finally, the test hardware architecture of the ongoing research installation is described.
