Abstract

Cloud Computing has emerged as a resource sharing platform, which allows different service providers to deliver software as services. However, for many security sensitive applications such as critical data processing and e-business, we must provide necessary security protection for mitigating the threats in the shared open cloud infrastructures. In this paper, we propose a software watermark enhanced platform to assure that only the software with authorized watermark is allowed to run on the platform. Experimental results show that our architecture could provide a great protection with a small overhead.
