Abstract

Reverse engineering as a young discipline must confront many challenges, tending to improve the ability to abstract low-level artifacts and to reconstruct high-level information, as well as the ability to properly display the information obtained. This paper discusses the ongoing doctoral thesis, which aims to propose a Framework for recovery and analysis of behavioral architectural views, in order to improve the processes of knowledge retrieval from legacy software systems.
