A couple of months ago, I came across a story of a three year-old child in New Zealand who managed to buy herself, or at least put in a successful bid for, @$8,000 worth of digger truck while her parents were asleep. Her parents had been using TradeMe, an on-line bidding site, and had not logged out. The little girl, after having woken in the night, saw a digger she liked and bid for it. The parents only found out when they got an email from the vendor asking for payment.
