Abstract

This paper proposes an approach in organizing data into hierarchical structures for multilevel forecasting with special attention to finished products in manufacturing sector. The methodology looks forward to identify the proper aggregation level to perform the analysis over a proper data set and the authors provide experimental results over a case study as example.
