Abstract

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems aim at supporting organizations' day-to-day operational business transactions. Focusing on the main business processes ERP systems can foster a company's competitive advantage. However, achieving the expected benefits of ERP systems is still a challenging task. This article proposes to follow a holistic integration strategy turning an ERP system into a knowledge management platform.
