The Service Oriented model is developed and adopted by different organizations. The services are open and can be developed and consumed independently. The service life cycle needs to be consumed and updated dynamically in order to maintain the availability and the appropriateness of the services. The Second section of this paper describes the fundamentals of the SOA and the requirements of the security parameters with the same. The third section deals with the service life cycle model related to Educational Information System. The fourth section elaborates the functions of secured service lifecycle information model. The fifth section summarizes the results and the findings of the design and implementation. The conclusion indicates the main advantages of this model.
