This paper proposes a system for allocating individual public transport services, named taxi, which aims at optimizing the services provided and minimizing unnecessary bearing of vehicles without passenger(s), with a focus on intelligent organizational performance to detect the relevant data that can be the basis for the generation of new knowledge. Thus, it presents a model of knowledge management to analyze information on the demand for taxi shuttles.
